Proposing a new program

Creating a new program (or making a major modification to an existing program) requires that you consider a range of factors  and ensure the program meets or exceeds agreed upon standards. Proposers are expected to consult broadly and address stakeholder comments and concerns throughout the process. Early consultation with key stakeholders, combined with a comprehensive and complete proposal submission, will facilitate efficient review and approval at each stage of the process.
