Courses in your first 2 years are dedicated to math, science, engineering, and design. We offer students the unique opportunity to explore their interests before applying to a discipline at the end of their first year.

You’ll be able to work on projects with professors from various engineering backgrounds, giving you the opportunity to explore the innovations of each discipline.

Engineering disciplines: chemical, civil, environmental, industrial, mechanical, electrical (computer option available).

You can begin your engineering degree on our Truro campus. With average class sizes of 20 to 30 students, you will develop a strong educational foundation and build lifelong connections with fellow students and supportive faculty.

Our picturesque campus in the Truro area is an integral part of the growing and thriving community; enjoy the small town’s supportive charm while you transition from high school to university life. After completing your first two years (and earning an Engineering Diploma), you will move to the Sexton campus to complete your degree in Halifax.
