The Faculty of Science at Dalhousie University, Halifax is home to over 4,000 undergraduate and graduate students joining us from all over the world.

We have 18 undergraduate and 10 graduate programs taught by over 200 industry-leading faculty members. These top-ranked and award-winning science professors are committed to your education with a focus on providing you with an interactive and in-depth learning experience.

Our community of advisors, faculty and staff are here to work with you to transform your passion for science into a university experience rich with exploration, experimentation, skill building and scientific knowledge. Our students are a vibrant group of researchers, entrepreneurs, communicators, educators and humanitarians ready to thrive as 21^st century scientists.

We also work closely with the Dalhousie Science Society (DSS) to plan social events and provide resources and support to students throughout their degree program.
