Dr. Emelita A. Jackie Outerbridge (BEd'76) is a nationally certified school psychologist in Bermuda, a licensed psychologist and Diplomate in School Neuropsychology at the American Board of School Neuropsychology. She has given many presentations, workshops and conferences for school personnel, parents and mental health professionals on brain development in children and adolescents. In addition, Dr. Outerbridge provides consultation and training to support teachers in test administration and interpretation.
