Sara Filbee (MBA/LLB'81) published a book to provide leaders and managers perspectives on becoming more effective in increasingly uncertain and complex times.

Sara Filbee (MBA/LLB'81) has recently published a book about how one gets things done in a complex workplace, entitled Managing in Complexity: How Our Fears of Uncertainty Can Hurt Us and What to Do About It (Taylor & Francis, Routledge). It is inspired by complexity sciences, and, unlike much of management theory, takes social theory into account, drawing heavily upon pragmatic philosophy, group dynamics and group sociology.
