Creating a fund
Do you have a specific objective you want to achieve with your gift to Dalhousie? If so, then consider creating a new fund, where you can state exactly how you want your gift to be used. Perhaps you want to provide scholarships for students from a certain community or group. Or maybe you want to ensure students in a specific program can have field experiences or the opportunity to do research in a lab. When you establish a new fund, you can decide if you want your gift endowed, as described above, or spent annually.
