Undergraduate programs
The School of Health Sciences offers four year Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) programs in four professional disciplines:
- Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound
- Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Medical Laboratory Technology (Post Diploma Only)
- Radiological Technology
- Respiratory Therapy
Post diploma program
The post diploma program has been developed to meet the needs of practicing technologists, sonographers and therapists who have an interest in the opportunity to complete a Bachelor of Health Science degree as a means of pursuing life long learning and expanding career opportunities.
The curriculum is equivalent to two years of full-time university study and is offered in the following disciplines:
- Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound
- Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Radiological Technology
- Respiratory Therapy
- Medical Laboratory Technology
Certificate program in MRI
Alumni of the School of Health Sciences, 4th year students or post-diploma students in Diagnostic Medical Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine Technology and Radiological Technology, and technologists, licensed to practice in Canada in the above fields, may elect to complete a 27 credit hour Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) Certificate.
