Dalhousie Academic Detailing

The Academic Detailing Service (ADS) is continuing to detail primary care providers on "Alcohol Use Disorder: First Line Pharmacotherapy" and will be detailing “Obesity Care:  Focus on Pharmacotherapy” starting in October 2024.

For the upcoming topic, participants will have the opportunity to discuss screening and assessing obesity as a chronic disease, evaluate current efficacy and safety evidence for pharmacotherapy for obesity care, and determine clinical considerations when selecting pharmacotherapy options..

To request a session, please email Kelly MacKinnon at kelly.mackinnon@dal.ca and provide your practice location (town/city) to connect to your local regional academic detailer.
