There’s a lot to consider after your acceptance into the Interdisciplinary PhD Program, but we’re here to help walk you through the important steps you’ll take. Learn how to get started as an IDPhD student, from meeting with your supervisory committee to selecting a first-year course load, to writing your comprehensive exams, to what’s involved with proposing and later defending your thesis.

You’ll also learn about the regular progress reports required of you and optional directed studies courses you can take for an in-depth understanding of your specialist subjects.
