MCS & PhD Community
All the support needed, in one place
Student societies
Master's and PhD students in computer science are heavily involved with the Dalhousie Computer Science Graduate Society (CSGS). CSGS organizes a number of events, which have included movie nights in the Goldberg Building auditorium, a series of hands-on hardware workshops, ski trips, and an in-house conference.
The Goldberg Computer Science Building is also home to an info desk, managed by the CS Society, which provides services like the sale of blank CDs, paper, pens, etc. The info desk is located on the second floor of the Goldberg Computer Science Building.
