Canada Research Chair, Spatial and Social Inequalities of Health Service Delivery
Dr. Paul Peters (PhD, University of Texas at Austin) is the Canada Research Chair in the Spatial and Social Inequalities of Health and Health Service Delivery and an Associate Professor in the Departments of Sociology and Economics at the University of New Brunswick, Fredericton. He is also the Associate Director, Research in the New Brunswick Institute for Research, Data and Training (NB-IRDT). His expertise is in spatial demography and population health. His current work focuses on the relationship between social and spatial determinants of health for small areas, whether urban neighbourhoods or rural and remote communities.
