Jensen Keltie

Research

Jensen grew up on the coast of Vancouver Island and always felt a deep connection to the ocean. After arriving at Dalhousie University in 2018 to study marine biology, Jensen discovered a love for microbes! Jensen's honours research in the LaRoche lab is focused on investigating the concurrent impacts of ocean alkalinity enhancement (OAE) and warming temperatures on the composition of the microbial community in the nearby Bedford Basin through a series of monthly incubation experiments.
