Research

My curiosity about the ocean brought me to the LaRoche lab where I now work on the analysis of marine microbiome data, co-supervised by Dr. Robert Beiko. I am interested in the biases that computational tools introduce in the biological interpretation of high-throughput analyses, and on how we can correct for them.
