Based in Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia, Canada, Crane Cove Seafoods is a primary resource harvester of seafood. While working to ensure the sustainability of harvested species, Crane Cove strives for effective and efficient operations that are not only profitable but also create meaningful employment to community members of Eskasoni. Crane Cove’s main commercial activity is the at-sea harvesting and landing of Snow Crab, Lobster, Shrimp, and Groundfish. Crane Cove employs native fishermen and manages its own fleet of vessels.
