What is Mobility as a Service (MaaS)?

Mobilitity as a Service (MaaS) is a digital platform that brings all kind of transportation modes together into one app. It plans a user's start to end trip. It makes it convenient for people to get around if they choose not to use their personal vehicles. MaaS combines all modes of public and private transportation into an app that people can use to plan and pay for all modes of  transportation they use from the beginning of their trip until the end. The point is to avoid having users look, book and pay for each mode of transportation separately.
