Dalhousie is a community of more than 6,000 faculty and staff and 18,000-plus students, all with busy lives and schedules. Understandably, it can be difficult to know what's happening in other corners of the university—whether it’s on another campus, in another building or sometimes even across your own department or unit.

That’s where “Know Your Dal” comes in.

Starting in September, Know Your Dal will give you an inside look at each of our 12 faculties and the College of Continuing Education.

One faculty per week will step into the spotlight and use photos, videos, articles and more to show you the incredible work they're doing and the people who help make it happen.

Each day you'll learn a little more and get to know your Dal a bit better.
