The Canadian Center for Vaccinology is looking for participants ages 2-17 for a clinical trial of a vaccine against pneumococcal disease in children with diabetes, chronic liver disease, chronic lung disease, chronic heart disease, or chronic kidney disease.

Campus flags are being lowered in memory Dr. Sean P. Barrett, Department of Psychology and Neuroscience, who passed away June 13, 2024, at the age of 50. 

Please be prepared for reduced service from Facilities Management staff in Halifax between 9 and 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 20 and again later that day between 1 and 2 p.m. This reduction is to facilitate staff attending a departmental meeting in the morning and the Summer Sociable in the afternoon.

The exit to the McCain parkade on LeMarchant Street will be closed Thursday June 20 and Friday June 21 from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Security will be present to redirect vehicles to safely exit on Seymour Street.
