May 28: Ascension of Bahá’u’lláh
Marks the anniversary of the death of the founder of the Bahá‘í faith. Bahá‘ís suspend work on this day.

May 29: International Day of United Nations Peacekeepers
Created to pay tribute to all the men and women who have served and continue to serve in the United Nations Peacekeeping operations for their high level of professionalism, dedication, and courage and to honour the memory of those who have lost their lives in the cause of peace. 

June 1: Strawberry Moon
June: The sixth moon of creation is Strawberry Moon. The medicine of the strawberry is reconciliation. It is during this moon cycle that communities would hold their annual feasts. (Ojibwe)
