The TELUS Health Community Crisis Support Line is available to individuals affected by the violence and loss of life in Israel and Gaza who do not have regular access to an Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP). 

The Crisis Support Line is open 24/7 and can be reached at 1-844-751-2133. By calling, individuals will receive professional emotional support and/or referral to community resources.

This resource is available to anyone in Canada. You can share this information with your communities, family, and friends who may not have access to an EFAP program.

Supports for Employees

Faculty and staff supports are available:

1. Through our Employee and Family Assistance Program, which can be accessed at one.telushealth.com (formerly LifeWorks) and 1-844-880-9142;
2. Through the enhanced mental health benefit from Medavie Blue Cross; or
3. Contact Accessible Employment at accessible.employment@dal.ca for additional support or resources and/or visit Employee Mental Health Outreach.
