The Office of Sustainability will be taking registrations this summer for our second cohort for the Green Labs program.
Dalhousie has over 1,350 laboratory spaces across the 4 campuses which are 4-5x more energy intensive than a classroom meaning more energy and water waste. In an attempt to reduce energy and water waste, along with increasing environmental, health, and safety awareness, we are offering equipment rebates, free posters, and timers when you sign up for the Green Labs certification program (value worth over $300). Introduce more sustainable practices in your lab and join the race to net zero by signing up today!
Throughout the week of June 19th-23rd, there will be tables set up on the campuses to answer any additional questions and concerns you may have. Dates and times will be posted on our Instagram page @sustainabilityatdal to keep you up to date.
Visit our website or email grlab@dal.ca for more information.
