Earlier this year we launched our new Financial Services SharePoint site (https://dalu.sharepoint.com/sites/financial-services). The SharePoint site is meant to be a resource for employees internal to Dalhousie. Information that can be found on the Sharepoint site include (but is not limited to):

·       Information on budgeting and reporting, procurement, invoicing and deposits, payment of expenses, research finance

·       Forms, policies and guidelines, training, training videos, tax information, PCI compliance, glossary of terms

·       Important dates

·       News for Financial Services

·       Contact Information

The previous Financial Services website (www.dal.ca/fs) still exists and is primarily meant for people external to Dalhousie. It will include general information, project email addresses, and various links to other available Financial Services sites (ie. SharePoint, Chrome River).

Note: You may notice that some of the old bookmarks through Dal.ca Financial Services pages no longer work, because of the updates we’ve already incorporated as well as the content we’ve moved exclusively to our internal SharePoint site.
