EPass Winter Registration is open from November 8th - 19th.

Email is the prefered option for registration, but if that is not an option for you please call (902 494 2015) for accomodation options. Our office hours are 9:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday. We are in the Central Services Building (1236 Henry St), Room 512. 

2022 Winter Renewals

For those members who are currently active or who suspended their card in the last year, you can renew starting November 3^rd – November 12^th. You can download the 2022 Fall Form here. If you have an XPass Dec 31, 2020 card (with or without the 2021 renewal sticker) you will receive a 2022 renewal sticker on your return to the program. If you have a card other than the Dec 31, 2020 card you will need to send a new picture to us, as well as fill in the 2022 Winter Registration form. Please return your old card to our office.

New Participants

Registration for the 2022 program year will take place this November 3^rd. New participants will need to fill in the 2022 Winter registration form and provide us with a picture of themselves for the XPass card. Please provide a headshot against a neutral backdrop saved as a jpg file. You can download the 2022 Fall Form here. 

The easiest way to register is to email ebuspass@dal.ca with your photo and completed form.

• Submit your registration form as a pdf file.
• Photos should be taken against a neutral background and saved as a jpg.

Please provide your work address (building name address and room number) on your 2022 registration form.

Leaving the Program:
Current pass holders who no longer wish to participate in the XPass program for the 2022 calendar year will be able to opt-out. If you are planning on opting out, please check the Terms and Conditions below to ensure you are eligible for opt-out. A written notice is preferred over the lack of renewal. Your written notice can be submitted to ebuspass@dal.ca.
