Similar to the Dal Sleep Guide, this self-directed guide has research-validated content, exercises for self-assessment and self-reflection, and videos with key messages.
With Saturday, June 5th designated as National Health and Fitness Day (NHFD), consider dipping into one of these guides for some inspiration or check out the ShowUsYourMoves.ca website or the family-friendly toolkits on the NHFD website.
