Effective this evening (Monday, April 19), the CSB South Lane will be closed to all vehicle traffic and parking to accommodate the delivery of a boiler as arranged by Ellis Don. The lane will be blocked off this evening and prepped on Tuesday to receive the boiler overnight (with police escort due to its size). Off-loading will begin at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday. The lane will be closed for the entire week as the unit gets moved into the building. Traffic control will be arranged for Henry Street as needed during delivery.

This will be a complicated process due to the size and weight of the boiler unit (90,000 lbs) and will require the use of a 300-ton crane and a number of trailers.
