Each day this week, we will highlight resources related to ergonomics that can help you with your at-home work set up or your on-campus one.
Today's "ergo-nuggets":
1. A set of videos demonstrating some of the specific aspects of what we used to call "office ergonomics," which really means all the computer work we find ourselves doing now. Check out the Dal Tiger figuring it all out.
2. Join a live "Kitchen Table Ergonomics" session presented by Dal Occupational Therapy students, available multiple times this week. Get some tips and ask some questions.
3. Register for Thursday's live session by the Physioclinic on "Your Spine and Sitting."
4. Learn some stretches to overcome sitting at a computer all day.
