Free at‑home fitness & wellness resources

Posted by Athletics on May 4, 2020 in General Announcements

While the university's athletic facilities continue to remain closed due to the ongoing Novel
Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the team from the Department of Athletics & Recreation wanted to encourage you to continue to move more at home, while practicing social distancing...so we've made it easy and put all of our resources in one online virtual hub for you to access!

We'll be regularly adding free pre-recorded workouts and yoga classes, workout routines you can follow along with, stretching and mobility tips (and more) that you can do with
minimal or no equipment, from the comfort and safety of your own home.

We also share exercise videos, mobility videos, ergonomic tips and more from the Dalhousie Physiotherapy Clinic, as well as the latest Tigers Training Tips and Junior Tigers Activity Books, and other resources available for Dalhousie students, faculty and staff.

You can even find a link to sign up for Round 2 of the Move More @ Home Challenge, which is free and open to everyone!
