In support of Dal Mental Health Awareness Week (DMHAW), taking place March 15-21, we have added an eight extra yoga classes to our group fitness schedule for the week for Dal students and members to attend at Dalplex and Sexton Gym.
- Classes are FREE for students/members
- There's no need to pre-register beforehand, classes are drop-in just like other group fitness classes.
- These classes are a great way to try yoga for the first time if you're new to it, or if it's been a while since you've practiced!
- Classes that are bolded are the special, one-time-only DMHAW classes.
