The Dalhousie community is coming together to improve gender equality in politics after two Dalhousie students wrote a book about the 50 female Members of the Legislative Assembly in Nova Scotia. The book On Their Shoulders highlights the struggles that these women have faced and the successes they have achieved.
The authors also started a campaign to establish a scholarship for female Political Science students here at Dal. Learn more about the book and support more young women to continue to pursue their careers in politics!
