In just 20 minutes, the Skillsoft Online video, Receiving Feedback, offers information on managing your reaction to feedback, responding effectively and using feedback as a tool for professional growth. These behaviours are aligned with the Self-Awareness and Professionalism competency which states:

·         Displays a motivated, positive and professional attitude

·         Seeks and accepts feedback on interpersonal skills and approach to working with others

·         Breaks down barriers, preconceived notions and personal shortcomings that interfere with effective interaction

Note:  If you have misplaced your Skillsoft specific log in information please go to Skillsoft Online Learning and use the “forgot your user ID” link.
