For the month of July a Skillsoft Online video will be featured each week that is linked to the Dalhousie core competency of Adaptability. This competency is defined as “Adapting and responding positively to changing conditions, priorities, technologies and requirements. Recognizing new information and ideas with open-mindedness and willingness to alter opinions and behaviour.”  Dal Core Competencies

This 30 minute video shows common change reactions, moving through the 6 stages of change and how you might prepare for the inevitable – change!
