Develop your "Respect and Inclusion" competency

Posted by Talent Management on April 6, 2017 in Human Resources

Respect and Inclusion is one of Dalhousie's Core Competencies. It is described as “promoting respect and inclusion by working successfully with a wide variety of people and encouraging participation and involvement”. Each competency defines specific behaviours at the individual level, team level and organizational level.

Gender bias, Age bias, Cultural bias, Language bias or a specific Cognitive bias which are tendencies to think in certain ways that can influence how we make decisions.
