Pay and Display removed on Sexton Campus

Posted by Facilities Management on December 19, 2016 in Facilities Management

Beginning Monday, December 19, the Pay and Display portion of the Rosina parking lot on Sexton Campus will be removed and returned to parking for those with general permits.

During the same week, entrance to Sexton campus from Morris Street will be closed to all traffic except for construction vehicles. Several dozen parking spots will be lost when the Morris Street entrance is closed which is why the Pay and Display spots are being returned to general parking.

For those  visiting campus, eleven parking meters remain in the Barrington Street entrance. There are also numerous privately-operated parking lots in the area.

Extensive construction is underway on Sexton Campus due to the IDEA Project - a transformational $64-million investment to Dalhousie’s faculties of Engineering and Architecture and will be complete in spring 2018.
