POSITION: Part-Time Academic - THEA/FILM 3301.03 Film History II, January 1 – April 30, 2017

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Fountain School of Performing Arts

PAY RATE: As per CUPE Collective Agreement

WORK ASSIGNMENT: This Part-Time Academic will be fully responsible for the teaching and grading of one section of THEA/FILM 3301.03, Film History II, from January 1, 2016 to April 30, 2016. The instructor is required to provide a Method of Assessment and course outline and to announce end of term student ratings/evaluations of instruction. This position reports to the Director of the Fountain School of Performing Arts. 

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Minimum of MA in Film Studies, Media Studies or related discipline. Previous experience of teaching in film studies (especially film history) or related subjects at a university level is an asset, as is evidence of strong teaching effectiveness.
