POSITIONS: Part-time Academic; Invertebrate Biology (Biology/Marine Biology 3301); January 1, to April 30, 2017

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Biology

PAY RATE: $4,881-5,969

WORK ASSIGNMENT: The instructor is responsible for coordinating and delivering the laboratory component of the class; assisting students on an individual basis; general administration of the classes (handling student issues, submitting grades, etc.); invigilating tests and examinations. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: The applicants will have a degree in biology. Previous, recent teaching experience (classroom and or laboratory) in the related discipline would be a definite asset. First time applicants must provide the names of two referees.
