A big FM thanks to client satisfaction survey respondents

Jeff Lamb, AVP Facilities Management would like to extend a special thank you to all those who took the time to fill out the 2016 Facilities Management Client Satisfaction Survey in February. In total, 862 faculty, staff and students completed the survey. The amount of valuable feedback and comments was overwhelming and much appreciated and we welcome you to read a brief summary or take the time to review the whole document which is available here.

Over the past few months, we have been analyzing the data to determine how it can be best utilized to improve our service to you, our clients. Based on the survey results, you have identified a number of key customer service issues that are of major concern and we are now drafting plans to improve in these areas. Once we have the draft plans completed, we will contact our clients who expressed interest, to participate in Client Service Improvement Workshops.
