Construction crews will be digging up part of Seymour street between the week of June 27-30 to install natural gas piping installation. This will enable some new equipment in the Student Union Building (SUB) to utilize natural gas once renovations are complete. Sackville Trenching will begin the work at 7 a.m. on Monday, June 27, and are expecting to complete it, weather permitting, by June 29.
Sackville Trenching will provide traffic control but delays/disruption should be anticipated when using Seymour Street to access the Central Services Building parking area, Risley Hall and deliveries to the SUB. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we complete this much-needed work to improve the facilities here at Dalhousie.
