Kudos to Nursing's Kathryn Hayward on her receipt of the Journal of Obstetric, Gynecologic, & Neonatal Nursing Award (JOGNN). The Best of JOGNN award is presented annually to an author of an original article. Articles are nominated by the editors, and the winning paper is chosen by the members of the JOGNN Editorial Advisory Board. Criteria for the award include the originality of the work; the clarity and scholarliness of the writing; the potential for the paper to significantly affect the care of women, infants, and/or childbearing families; and the interdisciplinary importance of the work.
Kathryn won for her recent article “Effect of Cobedding Twins on Coregulation, Infant State, and Twin Safety.” A specialist in neonatal nursing practice, education, and research, she has contributed to more than 58 publications and presentations throughout her career.
