The Department of Physics and Atmospheric Science presents a free public lecture by Science Ambassador, Dr. Michael de Podesta, from the National Physical Laboratory in Teddington, UK. Dr. de Podesta is also the instigator of the world-renowned "Protons for Breakfast" hands-on public science program.
This presentation will involve talking about measuring, talking about temperature, and talking about sound. There will also be demonstrations.
