Monday, January 18, Dexter Construction will resume rock breaking at the Fitness Centre Construction Site on South street following a holiday break. This will mean increased truck traffic. Due to winter conditions work will proceed, but may be hampered by weather conditions.  Rock breaking is expected to be complete by mid February and then there will be a pause in construction work while designs are finalized.    

The design team is preparing construction documents which will go to public tender for the construction of the new facility.  Recently completed cost estimates are in line with the approved budget. Please stay tuned for more updates on the construction schedule for the new fitness centre online.
