Position: Sessional Lecturer – Winter 2016
Department:  Environmental Sciences
Pay Rate:  $9,762 – 11,938 (inclusive of 6% vacation pay)

Work Assignment:   This sessional lecturer will teach Lectures and Labs for CHMA3009 Environmental Chemistry for the period of January – April, 2016.  The class is currently scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  The sessional lecturer will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, labs test preparation and evaluation.  The position reports to the Chair of the Department.

At least one year experience in teaching in a postsecondary educational institution. Excellent oral, written communication skills, Collegiality and interpersonal skills. PhD in Environmental Chemistry or a related discipline  OR Masters with two year experience in Environmental Chemistry or a related discipline.
