New yoga classes at Sexton Gym!

Fall back into fitness on the Sexton campus this year and sign up for one of our new yoga programs!

Power Flow Yoga in the Sexton Gymnasium
Sundays from 4pm-5pm, starting Sept. 27 (10 classes)
PRICES: Student $32/ Member $70/ Non-member $80
Get your body moving in this invigorating Vinyasa class which focuses on breath awareness while increasing strength and flexibility. This all levels class provides a balance between building inner-fire and finding sweet release. Please bring your own yoga mat.

Live Well Yoga in the Sexton Gymnasium
PRICES: Dal Students $32
A special class for Dal students only. Explore yoga postures, meditation, breath and relaxation during this 10 week program. Yoga movement and poses will provide a foundation from which to stretch, grow, learn and relax. Yoga can help alleviate stress during the academic term, and can help students get a good night's sleep. Yoga teacher Jennifer Walden loves sharing the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga practice with students of all levels and abilities. Jennifer has been practicing yoga for 20 years and teaching for 11. Please bring your own mat.
