Faculty Posting: Rowe School of Business

The Rowe School of Business invites applications for a probationary tenure-track appointment in the Management group at the rank of Lecturer or Assistant Professor (dependent upon qualifications), commencing July 1, 2016.

The successful candidate will have a PhD (or be ABD) in Management, Organizational Behaviour or a similar discipline, and will be expected to engage in leading edge research in the area of Organizational Behaviour. He/she will teach in his/her area of expertise at the graduate and undergraduate levels, and will be expected to contribute to the academic life of the School. Evidence of teaching effectiveness at the university level is essential, as is demonstrated research performance appropriate to the rank of the candidate. Candidates must be able to meet the School’s accrediting body’s (AACSB) academic qualification requirements. Additional expertise in a related field of human resource management would be an asset.

The Rowe School of Business is part of the Faculty of Management, which has a unique commitment to values-based management and interdisciplinary research and learning. Thus, the successful candidate will have opportunities to work with like-minded colleagues in the sister Schools of Public Administration, Information Management, and Resource and Environmental Studies within the Faculty.
