Human Resources is rolling out a new, university-wide Leave Management System using a tool called Absence and Overtime Reporting (AOR). This new system will allow the university to track leaves (vacation, parental leaves, sick leaves, etc), and overtime online in one, central location.

Training is being scheduled for all Office Attendance users first, as ITS will be decommissioning Office Attendance effective September 30, 2015. The new system will then be rolled-out to staff and then to the rest of the Dal community, including the Agricultural Campus, later in the fall.

Human Resources will work with HR administrators in each of the departments/faculties over the coming weeks and months to ensure the necessary data is accessible and to coordinate training beginning in September.
