POSITION: Part-Time Academic, Fall Term, 2015/16 Academic Year

DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Department of Psychology and Neuroscience, Life Sciences Centre

PAY RATE: As per CUPE Collective Agreement

WORK ASSIGNMENT: The Part-Time Academic will be responsible for a third-year class, Developmental Neurobiology (PSYO/NESC 3270.03), in the Fall term. The class will be offered on Wednesdays from 1535-1825, and the anticipated class size will be approximately 30-40 students. The successful applicant will be responsible for all lecture and exam preparations and marking, exam administration (including supplemental examinations), and must be available for two hours per week for student consultation. A TA90 is available for this class. This position reports to the Chair of the Department.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: The ideal candidate will possess a PhD in a Neuroscience field and research experience relevant to the topic of the class.
