Posted by Career and Leadership Development Centre on May 6, 2015 in General Announcements

Now is a great time to book in-class workshops for next semester. The Career and Leadership Development Centre provides custom career workshops to any interested faculty, class, or group.

The workshops can provide your students with necessary tools and understandings to obtain employment, and also demonstrate the universities commitment to their career development. Some popular workshops include:
•    Resume & cover letter development
•    Job search
•    Interviewing
•    Networking
•    What to do with your _______degree
•    And more

Presentations can be customized to meet the needs of your specific faculty and can run from 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on your needs.

"The ‘What can I do with a Bachelor’s degree?' workshop provided my first year student success group with an excellent start to their career planning. From resources to strategies, students were equipped with what they need to take an active role in building their future career."
