 Pay Rate:      In accordance to the DFA pay scale

DUTIES:

The instructor is to teach a total of six courses divided between the fall and winter terms.  The courses will be four sections of STAT 1060 divided between fall and winter terms plus coordination of the STAT 1060 course, as well as two additional courses from among the undergraduate Statistics curriculum.
 
The topics to be covered in the courses are available from the Chair of the Department.  Descriptions are also given in the Undergraduate Calendar for 2015 – 2016, published by the Registrar's Office, Dalhousie University.
 
The instructor reports to the Chair.

QUALIFICATIONS:  The candidate must possess a PhD and have experience teaching and coordinating large multi-section statistics classes.  Experience with the Minitab and R computer languages is essential, as is previous experience with Blackboard.
