Faculty and staff can now use a self-serve option to purchase university-owned computers. Visit Dalhousie Computer Purchases in myDal to place your orders for Windows and/or Apple computers.

Windows computers are pre-configured with common software and network-specific tools (including virus protection), to get you up and running quickly.

• Full 3-year computer warranty on all Windows computers
• On-campus warranty work provided by Hardware Services for both Windows and Apple computers
• Central support from ITS staff
• Fast installation
• Remote, online support
• Select Window and Apple accessories available through Hardware Services (eg. power cords, adapters, hard drives, memory) and personal accessories through the Dal Bookstore (eg. cases, laptop bags, screen savers)
