DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: School of Nursing
 
RATE OF PAY: In accordance with CUPE Collective Agreement
 
WORK ASSIGNMENT:  The part-time academic will be responsible for teaching NURS 5899.03S – Sexual Health and Counseling in Cancer during the Summer Term, 2015. Responsibilities include delivery of course content, holding office hours, and the evaluation of the students.
 
The course is designed to provide graduate students in the health professions with the knowledge and skills to intervene with sexual health problems that arise in cancer.
 
Distant classes are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays 16:05 – 17:55 hours, from May 4 - June 26, 2015. The Part-time Academic reports directly to Dr. Marilyn Macdonald,  Associate Director Graduate Studies.
 
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Candidates must hold a PhD degree in Nursing/Related Discipline, with relevant expertise and teaching experience.
