Vehicle traffic will be disrupted this weekend on Summer Street, in front of the Collaborative Health Education Building (CHEB) construction site at the corner of University Avenue. Work will commence on Saturday, November 29th at 7:00 AM and is expected to continue until approximately 9:00 PM. This partial street closure is required in order to complete the water line connections for the new CHEB facility.

The North and Southbound vehicle lanes along the construction area will be narrowed with no parking on both sides of Summer Street. Appropriate barriers, signage, and traffic control personnel will be present to ensure smooth traffic flows. Barriers will be removed immediately once the work is complete and normal access will resume. Parking meters will be covered with No Parking Bags on Friday evening between 4:00-6:00 PM. Any cars parked in these areas will be towed early Saturday morning.
