WORK ASSIGNMENT: The teaching assistant will be responsible for duties, which may include: preparation of teaching material, in-class duties (tutorials, lectures, etc), marking, invigilation, office duties, and communication with students and supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION: Enrolment in a graduate program in relevant subject area; alternatively, a graduate of a Health Promotion or Leisure program. Strong communication skills and previous marking experience would be an asset. The successful applicant must be available to meet with students throughout the term and available during scheduled class time.

A positive attitude and strong communication skills are highly valued. Applicant must be available during scheduled class. Previous instructional and marking experience would be an asset.
